At Ecomedge, returns/refunds are valid only for damaged or wrong items. It is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video & images and check the product in front of the delivery boy — no proof = no return.

  • Perfumes & Ittars (once opened), Women’s Traditional Wear (once used/stitched), and Final Sale/Discounted items are non-returnable.
  • If your order qualifies, we will arrange pickup and bear shipping charges. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection & approval.

At EcomEdge, all orders are processed within 24–48 hrs. Delivery timelines:
